TRAVEL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Dot's Fun Time Tours is acting as your agent in arranging travel and accommodations. We shall not be held responsible for loss or injury in connection with sightseeing, excursions, airlines, coach or transportation companies, restaurants, hotel or motel accommodations, foods, liquids or damage or loss to personal property & baggage. We reserve the right to accept or decline any person that may cause harm or disruption to fellow passengers. We also reserve the right to make alterations to tour itineraries and to cancel or reschedule any tour prior to departure for any reason, including insufficient demand or force of majeure. Tour cancellations and refunds shall be in accordance with the policies as outlined below. We make all effort in ensuring the accuracy of all website postings and tour literature and shall not be held responsible for printing, typographic errors, or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.
PAYMENTS / DEPOSITS / CANCELLATIONS
Final payments must be received 30-90 Days prior to tour departure depending on the tour. Some select tours may require a deposit to secure your reservation. Tour deposits and/or payments are fully refundable if you notify us within 45-Days of departure. If you cancel due to sudden hospitalization and/or surgery we must receive verifiable information from your doctor. You must mail or email us full documentation within 2-weeks of tour completion. We will reimburse to you any recoverable funds within 4-weeks after receipt and verification. Final payments for overnight tours are due 4-8 weeks prior to departure depending on the tour. Failure to pay balance by due date will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all funds received. We will mail or email your confirmation after we process your payment. It's your responsibility to verify and to confirm all information is correct. We are not responsible if inaccuracies are not reported prior to departure.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Hotels advertised on our website, tour flyers, or brochures are the properties intended to be used but they are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to substitute hotels other than those advertised. If this should happen for any reason, the hotel property will be of the same or equivalent of those advertised. Room preferences and bed preferences are not guaranteed but we will do our best to get you the room requested. Please be advised that due to the PANDEMIC hotels have eliminated smoking rooms.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
Handicapped or persons with medical disabilities are always welcome. We will do our best to make special seating on the motorcoach with seating closer to the front. We cannot provide passenger assistance for walking, dining, or for any assistance on attractions. We recommend that you bring along a qualified and physically able companion on the trip. Most attractions but not all accommodate wheelchairs and handicap accessible ramps. If you decide to travel alone and are unable to participate in some activities we will not be held responsible and no refunds will be issued for any portion of the tour that you are not able to participate in. The Americans with Disabilities Act is only applicable within the United States and is somewhat limited outside its borders.

Dot's Fun Time Tours prohibits the use of alcohol and smoking on the motorcoach. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, e-cigars or any other smoking device.
