MOTORCOACH SEATING POLICY
All seating is first come first served for all tours. The only exception would be for handicapped individuals or persons with medical disabilities. If you are handicapped or have a medical disability you must let us know in advance and we will do our best to get you a seat closer to the front of the motorcoach. Please note that motion sickness doe's not qualify as a medical disability. We expect all passengers to be respectful of one another and this applies to seating as well. When you board the motorcoach the seat you select will be your seat during the entire trip. If you are traveling alone you have purchased only one seat on the motorcoach and may not save or block the seat next to you. The only exception would be if the motorcoach was not at full capacity and the escort would need to make that determination. We expect all passengers that are traveling with a roommate to sit together and not split up seats.
